Wild Salmon has Omega 3 fatty acids in it. Fish oil play an important role in brain function and development. There are also claims that fish oil can improve brain function in people with memory problems, such as those with Alzheimer’s disease or other cognitive impairments.

Blueberries phytonutrients is very good for you, they are a very good source of vitamin K, vitamin C and manganese as well as a good source of fiber and copper.

Walnut’s are rich in alpha-linolenic acid, a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid. Walnuts also possess more polyphenolic compounds than any other type of nut. Both omega-3 fatty acids and polyphenols are considered critical brain foods that may counteract oxidative stress and inflammation, two drivers of cognitive decline.
