108 Brasserie launches new Brunch – Saturday 6th June

108 Brasserie, the stylish dining destination in the heart of Marylebone, is launching a new Brunch Menu, bringing a new twist to this leisurely weekend treat. Available from 11am – 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, guests can relax in the refined dining area of 108 Brasserie and enjoy modern dishes alongside a three piece jazz band.

Relax and unwind over weekend brunch on the terrace or in the Brasserie.

As well as the brunch dishes such as Eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale (£6.50 for one egg /£10 for two eggs), guests can also look forward to Soft boiled duck eggs with grilled Wye Valley asparagus (£10), Smoked haddock potato cakes with spinach and lemon (£10).

If you’re looking to start the weekend on a healthier note guests can enjoy Avocado on Toast, complete with grilled tomatoes and (£7.00), whilst Homemade Granola is served with coconut yoghurt and Manuka (£7.00).

A Superfood Egg White Omelette, filled with chia seeds and spinach, is also available (£8).

Those looking for a more decadent option can indulge in 108 Brasserie’s take on traditional brunch dishes including; French toast with berry compote, crème fraîche and Buttermilk pancakes topped with blueberries (both £9.00). Executive Chef Russell Ford has also developed a Brunch Special Desert, a sumptuous combination of salted popcorn, peanut ice cream and caramel sauce (£6.50).
