Deliveroo has today announced that it is working with hundreds of restaurants across the UK to offer special Eid hampers and Iftar bundles to Muslim households celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr this bank holiday weekend. This will be particularly beneficial for the vulnerable and isolated who are unable to shop for their iftar meals.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Eid is going to be very different for most households celebrating in the UK this year, as families and friends who usually gather together for and celebrations are advised to stay at home under lockdown.

In light of this, over 200 restaurants on Deliveroo are offering bespoke Eid hampers and family dining bundles as a special treat for families celebrating at home. All deliveries will be contact- to ensure safety.
Restaurants offering special bundles include famous JKS group Bloomberg Arcade Brigadiers who are offering an Indian fine-dining and 6 Iftar feasts perfect for a little Eid indulgence. The iconic bakery Dominique Ansel has also created a range of bespoke Eid hampers – one containing an assortment box of macarons, Pistachio & Rose Bostock and a Dominique Ansel Bakery recipe book – perfect for gifting to friends and family.

Customers all over the UK will be able to search for these bundles under the tag ‘Ramadan Bundles’ on the Deliveroo app. Other restaurants offering family dining bundles and hampers include Nirala Sweets, German Doner Kebab, Creams, Gokyuzu, The Lebanese Bakery, Boo Burger, Archie’s and Wingshack.
