The Pani Puri is also commonly know as a Gol Gappa. It’s a very popular street snack in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and now in the UK.
It consist’s of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavoured water (pani), tamarind chutney, chilli, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. Doesn’t it sound incredible, well it tastes delicious.
